Take a white candle and with a pin carve the name of the
person or situation to be effected on it. Get a small peice paper
and write what you want for that person or situation.
(i.e.: happiness, sadness). Light the candle at the full moon
or when you feel the time is right or present, then burn the paper
in the candle flame, and let the candle burn out the name.

Repeat as nessassary.
